When we take a sip of coffee, we thank the person who poured it for us or the person who bought it for us. At Cafe de la Esperanza, we are reminded of the person who grew and harvested the beans for us because he is on our logo. He is not the only person who is makes the coffee, there are more, but he is the inspiration for our project.
